Welcome to 1941. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 1941 ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the 1941 mobile application (the "App").

1941 is a tournament management platform designed to assist basketball event organizers, referees, and venue managers in scheduling, managing, and tracking basketball tournaments and matches. The App provides features including but not limited to:

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by 1941 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device solely for your own non-commercial use in organizing and managing basketball tournaments.
You retain ownership of any data, information, statistics, and content you create or input into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

While we strive to provide accurate scheduling, scoring, and statistical tools, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data processed or displayed by the App. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of tournament data and match results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1941 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App from all devices. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1941 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1941 regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
